You can research and train a multitude of different technologies and skills in the University,
Training Yard and Church Studies area. Each technology or skill will give you a different Kingdom bonus.
There are ten levels per each technology/skill to train/research - each level costs more than the last in time
and gold coins.
You can only train/research up to two things at a time (and only one at a time in the training yard or church).
